The landscaped garden of Provençal species (plane tree, olive trees, cypresses, lavender, rosemary, jasmine…) of 1.000 sqm, surrounded by 100% organic vines, offers a breathtaking view of the vineyards. The private secure swimming pool (6x3m) is facing South, totally sheltered from view.

You will enjoy, for your moments of relaxation to the song of cicadas, of four terraces. One around the pool, one to the East to contemplate nature, one in the West converted into a dining area under its pergola and surrounded by vineyards, finally the fourth terrace is located on the first floor accessible directly from 2 bedrooms or from the garden.

The Clos de Gigondas (205 sqm) can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. On the ground floor (equipped with a refreshing / heating floor) a large living space fully open with kitchen, dining room, living room, reading room and TV lounge. At this same level is also a cloakroom, a little room with a hand-washing area and a toilet. Upstairs, which is air-conditioned, a large corridor serves 2 bedrooms with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with a single bed, two shower rooms and a separate toilet.

In the garden, directly overlooking the swimming pool, a small independent air-conditionned house of 25sqm imagined as a suite comprising, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room area with desk and a shower room with WC. 

Three parking spaces in the garden complete the whole.

The Clos de Gigondas is away from the village, which guarantee a total tranquility, but close enough to the heart of the historic village to walk to and get bread and croissants in the morning.

Le Clos de Gigondas n’a pour seul voisin que la Cave des Vignerons… idéal pour une dégustation des plus grands crus sans prendre la voiture.

Le jardin paysagé d’essences Provençales (platane, oliviers, cyprès, lavandes, romarins, jasmins…) de 1.000m2, entouré de vignes 100% bio, offre une vue époustouflante sur les vignobles. La piscine privative sécurisée (6x3m) est orientée plein Sud, totalement à l’abris des regards.

Vous profiterez pour vos moments de détente au chant des cigales, de quatre terrasses. Une autour de la piscine, une à l’Est pour contempler la nature, une à l’Ouest aménagée en espace repas sous sa pergola et bordées de vignes, enfin la quatrième terrasse se situe au premier étage accessible directement depuis 2 chambres ou depuis le jardin.

Le Clos de Gigondas (205m2) peut confortablement accueillir jusqu’à 9 personnes. Dans la maison principale, vous trouverez au rez-de-chaussé (équipé d’un sol réfrigérant/chauffant) un grand espace de vie totalement ouvert avec cuisine américaine, salle à manger, salon, boudoir de lecture et salon TV. A ce même niveau se trouve également un vestiaire, une petite pièce avec lave-mains et un WC. A l’étage, qui est climatisé, un grand couloir dessert 2 chambres avec lit double, une chambre avec 2 lits simples, une chambre avec un lit simple, deux salles de douche et un WC indépendant. 

Dans le jardin, donnant directement sur la piscine, une petite maison indépendante climatisée de 25m2 imaginée comme une Suite comporte, une chambre avec lit double, un salon avec bureau et une salle de douche avec WC.

Trois emplacements de parking dans le jardin complètent le tout.

Le Clos de Gigondas est à l’écart du village, ce qui lui garantit une totale tranquillité, mais suffisamment proche du cœur du village historique pour pouvoir s’y rendre à pied et aller chercher son pain et ses croissants le matin.
